This site is run by Urano and presents our projects in Sofia and our preparations in Vienna and Nicosia. By using it, you accept these terms. If you have questions, call us on +359 892 999 777.
Visualisations are artist's impressions
The images of the houses are computer visualisations, not photographs of finished buildings. That is why each one is captioned “Visualisation”.
Materials, colours, planting, furnishing, lighting and surroundings may look different in reality. Furniture and decoration shown in the visualisations are not part of the sale unless the contract says otherwise.
Areas, specifications and availability
The areas, layouts, specifications, delivery state and availability shown on this site are indicative. They come from the design documents and may change during design and construction.
The final figures are the ones in the contract we sign with you. Before you decide, please confirm with us the details that matter to you.
Nothing here is an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer, a promise or an invitation to enter into a contract on particular terms. We give prices and terms in person, after you get in touch, and a contractual relationship only arises from a signed contract.

The texts, visualisations, plans, logo and design of this site belong to Urano or to their authors. You are welcome to browse them and share links to the site. Any other use, commercial use in particular, needs our written permission.

The site links to outside services such as WhatsApp, Viber and map providers. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle data.
